		<description>I just wanted to thank you for this. I was struggling with my own custom events for a while until I found this page and realized my event handlers were wrong. They do have to accept the incoming event as an argument. When I didn&#039;t define them that way, they would silently fail to do their job instead of issuing a warning. What a pain in the neck!</description>
