I have different versions of my resume:

  1. 32 years on three pages.
  2. Long form on 13 pages.

After reading the short form of my resume, people often ask "what have you done since 2005?". The short answer is a lot of expert witness and consulting work, as well as product development for EmpathyWorks. The details are in the long form of my resume, in the litigation support and consulting sections.

Biography

I have three decades of experience as a hands-on software entrepreneur. I focus on value creation, including business drivers, technology and methodology. I have provided litigation support for contractual and patent disputes. A graduate of Carleton University, I received my B. Eng. in Electronics in 1979 and became P. Eng. in B.C. in 1983. I have lived in Silicon Valley since 1996.

Software Catalog

You can view a software catalog describing the AutoCAD enhancement software I had created and packaged in the 80s and early 90s here. The products addressed cartography, civil engineering and mining.

My work was featured on the cover of CADalyst magazine in January 1987.
