My recording studio

I am using a Windows XP computer as a digital audio workstation until I build the DAW of my dreams.

Speaker stands

Here is what I used to make the speaker stands and mount it to the desk. All parts were from Orchard Supply Hardware (OSH):

• Four Phillips 5/16-18x1" round head machine screws (two per package) p/n 9025057
• Four brass wood insert 5/16-18x3/8" (one per package) p/n 627-E
• Two 2" ABS pipe
• Four 5.25" ABS base
• Four 5.25" to 2" ABS reducers
